		<description>The Subarus are indeed thirsty cars - one of the very reasons I was discouraged by them.  There are other alternatives, however.  There&#039;s the Holden Astra wagon, which is available in diesel, or even the Corolla.  Our Corolla wagon goes through almost 7L/100km which I think is great.  There is also more leg room in the back of it than in the hatch and the boot is positively huge.  Another benefit is cheap servicing....</description>
